• If you have your uterus removed (hysterectomy). You should not estradiol if you are allergic, or if you have:
  • Liver disease;
  • Abnormal vaginal bleeding, the doctor is not checked;
  • Any type of breast cancer, uterine cancer, or hormone-dependent cancers;
  • The recent history of heart attack or stroke;
  • If you are pregnant;
  • If you have a blood clot (especially in the lungs or lower body), or
  • If you are allergic to any drugs or food dyes.
