Drug Uses
Retrovir for the treatment of HIV infection, use of other drugs. It can also be used with other drugs to help women prevent HIV transmission to the fetus during pregnancy.
How to use
Some drugs can Retrovir. Check with your health care provider before you start, stop or change the dosage of any medicine. Ask your health care provider, if Retrovir with other drugs you are taking. Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:

Some medical conditions may be associated with Retrovir. Retrovir is not used, if:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:
- If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
- If you have any instructions or sale of drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparation, or dietary addition
- If you have allergies to medicines, foods or other substances
- If you have any problems with the bones of the brain, low levels of white blood cell levels, kidney problems, hepatitis C virus (HCV infection) or other liver problems
- If you are very overweight

Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:
- Zalcitabine serious problems may occur because the pancreas
- Fluconazole, hantsyklovir, interferon α, probenecid, valproyeva acid, or contains any drug zidovudine because they may increase the risk of Retrovir side
- Doxorubicine rybaviryn or stavudin, because they can reduce the effectiveness of Retrovir "

- You are allergic to any ingredient, Retrovir
- Do you have an enlarged liver, high lactic acid in the blood, or liver function tests are not correct
- You doxorubicin, rybaviryn, stavudin or contains any drug zidovudine
Drug Class and Mechanism
It does this by blocking HIV replication. Retrovir is an antiviral medicine.
Missed Dose
If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missing dose of medication, take the next regular time. To missing doses as long as you remember. Do not put extra medicine to make up for missing doses.
Storage
Drugs stored at room temperature in airtight containers, away from heat and light.
