  • Arsenic, astemizol, droperydol, furazolidon, monoamine oxidase inhibitors (such as fenelzin) pimozyd, quinolone antibiotics (eg ciprofloxacin), streptogramins (such as dalfopristin), terfenadyn, or tramadol because the risk of hypertension, a serious problem heart (eg, arrhythmia), or may increase seizures
  • Barbiturates (eg, phenobarbital) or phenytoin because they may reduce the effectiveness of brand name Pamelor '
  • Anticholinergic (eg, benztropine), carbamazepine, hlorpropamid, or a case (such as fenilefryn), because they may increase the risk of side effects brand name Pamelor
  • Klofelin, guanethidine, or huanfatsyn because their effectiveness may be reduced to brand name Pamelor
