Medrol (methyl)

Medrol is used to treat severe allergies, arthritis, asthma, certain diseases, blood, skin and conditions. It can also be used for other conditions determined by your doctor.

If stomach discomfort, with food to reduce stomach irritation.

• Medrol by mouth with or without food. Check the dosage on the label instructions exactly. Use Medrol in accordance with the doctor's instructions.

Medrol is a corticosteroid. It is by modifying the conditions of the immune system and reduce inflammation.

If you miss a dose of Medrol, skip the missing dose. Do not take 2 doses once. Return to your regular dose of the list.

Store Medrol 77 degrees Fahrenheit in temperature (25 degrees Celsius). Keep away from heat, humidity and light. To keep away from children and pets far away Medrol. Do not store in the bathroom. Brief storage between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is not allowed.

Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:

• Barbiturates (eg, phenobarbital), carbamazepine, hidantoyiniv (such as phenitoin), lithium batteries, or rifampin because they may reduce the effectiveness of Medrol "
• Aprepitanta, clarithromycin, cyclosporine, diltiazem, erythromycin, itraconazole, ketoconazole, or troleandomycin, because of side effects such as adrenal gland or nervous system may occur
• Aspirin, live vaccines, mifepristone or ritodrine because their actions and they may increase the risk of side effects Medrol

• You are allergic to any ingredient, Medrol
• Are you currently receive mifepristone
• Do you have a systemic fungal infection
• You plan to smallpox vaccine

• If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding
• If you have any instructions or sale of drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparation, or dietary addition
• If you have allergies to medicines, foods or other substances
• If you have a history of heart problems (such as congestive heart failure), heart disease, hypertension, kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, epilepsy, thyroid gland, adrenal gland problems, or any mental or emotional problems
• If you have or recently had a fungal, bacterial, virus or other type of infection, herpes virus infection in the eye, chicken pox, measles, or herpes zoster
• If you have HIV or tuberculosis (TB), or if you ever had a positive TB skin test
• If you have any problems with the stomach (such as ulcers), bowel problems (eg, block, perforation, infection, unexplained diarrhea, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis), recent intestinal surgery, or esophageal inflammation
• If you have weak bones (eg osteoporosis) or muscle problems (eg, severe)
• If you have any new vaccines (eg smallpox)
