Celebrex (celecoxib)

Celebrex also aims to help the acute pain and menstrual pain in the (primary dysmenorrhea). Celecoxib is approved as a family FAP patients whose colon removed. Spasm and pain during menstruation is due to prostaglandins, blocking prostaglandin production and celecoxib reduced spasm and pain. Celecoxib is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) for the treatment of arthritis pain, menstrual cramps, and colonic polyps. Celecoxib differs from other NSAIDs, it causes inflammation and ulcers of the stomach and small intestine to reduce (at least short-term treatment), did not interfere with blood clotting. Thus, inflammation and accompanying pain, fever, swelling and tenderness decreased. The formation of NSAIDs have been found to prevent and reduce the size of polyps in patients with genetic disease, familial adenomatous polyposys (upper limit). The only treatment for FAP needs of the entire colon removed. Prostaglandins is an important chemical factors that contribute to inflammation caused by arthritis pain, fever, swelling and pain. The use of celecoxib in nursing mothers has not been rated. People who drink more than 3 alcoholic beverages a day may be an increased risk of gastric ulcers, and to receive NSAIDs, this may be true with celecoxib. There are no restrictions of food, drink, or taking celecoxib, activities, except as otherwise provided by a doctor. Thus, treatment with celecoxib should be initiated at the lowest recommended doses of fluconazole. Celecoxib increases the concentration of lithium (Eskalith) in the blood 17%. Celecoxib has not been studied in pregnant women. Concurrent administration of celecoxib with aspirin or other NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.) may increase the incidence of gastrointestinal ulcers. Fluconazole (Dyflyukan) increase in the concentration of celecoxib in the body, inhibiting the collapse of celecoxib in the liver. Thus, lithium treatment should pay close attention during and after treatment, celecoxib. In animal experiments, two doses, respectively, the maximum recommended doses are harmful to the fetus. Celecoxib in pregnant women should only be when the benefits outweigh the potential risks of the fetus.
