Antivert (Meclizine)
Antivert is prescribed to control nausea, vomiting and vertigo related to seasickness.
Antivert may also provide for control of vertigo (a sense or feeling of spin, the earth is tilted) due to disease of the vestibular system (bony labyrinth of the ear, which contains the sensor, control your balance).
- To prevent motion sickness, take Antivert at least 1 hour before activity or travel.
- Antivert by mouth with or without food.
It does this by blocking the brain chemical media to help reduce or prevent vomiting. Antivert is an anticholinergic.
If you miss a dose of Antivert, and regularly use it, put it as soon as possible. Do not take 2 doses once. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missing dose and return to your normal dose of the list.
To keep away from children and pets far away Antivert. Between shop Antivert 68 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit (20 and 25 degrees C). Abstract stored in temperatures from 59 to 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is not allowed. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep away from heat, humidity and light.
